Student Support Services and the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program hosted TRIO Day on Feb. 22. TRIO Day is a nationally recognized day within the TRIO community to commemorate and raise awareness about the importance of education for the TRIO student populations. The event featured SSS alum and Kansas St. University Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Dr. Bryan Samuel. He was the keynote speaker and presented on, “Ceaseless Caterpillars or Beautiful Butterflies: A Compelling Case for Diversity and Inclusion.”
