SHU 85, Aquinas 79: The Saints came on top against Aquinas in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference contest Dec. 4.

Aquinas (2-10 overall, 0-4 WHAC) came out the first half keeping the game very close by shooting well from free three-point range. Going into halftime, Aquinas was down six points. The Saints (5-6 overall, 3-2 WHAC) came out the second half and built a 15-point lead. Aquinas tried to get back in the game, but DeMarco Dickerson and the Saints would not let that happen, walking away with the win 85 to 79. Dickerson led the Saints with a double-double of 23 points and 12 rebounds.

The Saints ended the game shooting 55.6 percent from the field, with 38 rebounds, 17 assists and 16 turnovers.

Aquinas ended the game shooting 40.8 percent from the field, with 33 rebounds, 20 assists, and 10 turnovers. The Saints face Indiana Tech at home Dec. 7.
