On April 24, the Saints softball team hosted Madonna for a double-header faceoff.

The Saints fell in the first game 2-1 in nine innings. The Saints came out strong for the second game, winning 4-1 led by Taylor Mowery. She finished with two hits and a RBI.

The Saints have had a very consistent record throughout the course of the season. The win in game two gave the Saints their 30th win of the season.

It is the first time during Coach Laura Klutsarits’ time at Siena that the softball team has hit the 30-win mark in a season, and it is the first time since 1996.

The Saints look to finish the season strong at the conference tournament.
