Men’s Basketball vs. Madonna: 74-67, W
The Saints capture their first conference victory of the season with a 74-67 win over Madonna. Aaron Cook claimed 16 points and 11 rebounds and George Goodman had 14 points and eight assists.

Women’s Basketball vs. Cornerstone: 71-60, L
The Saints had their first loss of the season in a conference game against Cornerstone University (71-60). April Watson scored 20 points and added 12 rebounds. Ra’Shawn Calvert and Jaaliyah Arrington had eight points each for SHU.

November 21

Women’s Cross Country vs. NAIA National Championship: 27th

The Saints ended their season with a 27th place finish out of 35 teams at the NAIA Championships hosted in Charlotte, N.C.. Sophomore Ashely Russo was the top finisher for SHU with an official time of 18 minutes, 57.8 seconds, earning 72nd place. Krisitn Stobinski followed with a 19:25.5. Lauren McMahon (19:43.1), Elaine Johnson (19:52.1), and Lucia Alfaro (20:30.2) also scored for SHU.

Men’s Basketball vs. Marygrove: 87-79, W
The Saints take home an additional conference win against Marygrove (87-79). Michael Fomby led the way with 19 points. Fifteen of Fomby’s points
were scored in the last five minutes of the game. Jerrel Martin added 12 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Women’s Basketball vs. Lawrence Tech: 59-57, L
The Saints suffered a 59-57 loss to conference opponent Lawrence Tech. Jaaliyah Arrington scored 12 points and Clara Waidley added 10 points.

November 24

Women’s Basketball vs. Adrian College: 57-48, W

April Watson scored 17 points and nine rebounds to help lift the Saints to a 57-48 win over Adrian College. Lauren Wirth added 11 rebounds and Ashley Perry had eight assists.

Men’s Basketball vs. Adrian College: 76-62, L
Saints fell short against rival Adrian in a 76-62 non-conference game on Tuesday. George Goodman had 14 points and Michael Fomby 12 for Siena.

November 28-29

Men’s Basketball vs. Akron-Wayne: 95-65, W
The Saints (4-4) take the lead early on over over Akron Wayne, leading to a 95-65 win. Myles Copeland had 20 points while Tony Jackson had 14 points and 12 rebounds. Michael Fomby added 18 points and Stone Beckwith 15 points.

Women’s Basketball vs. Thanksgiving Tournament: 2nd Place
The lady Saints (4-3) made it to the championship game of the SHU Thanksgiving Tournament. On Saturday, they defeated Great Lakes Christian with an impressive score of 91-1. Ashley Perry was the leading scorer with 10 points while Chelsea Malburg added seven rebounds. On Sunday, they fell to Stritch (Wis.) 56-40 in the championship game. April Watson had 21 points and 10 rebounds. She earned all-tournament team honors for Siena.

December 2

Men’s Basketball vs. Davenport: 73-56, L

The Saints (4-5) suffered a 73-56 loss to conference opponent Davenport. DU is also a third-ranked team. George Goodman had 12 points and Tony Jackson had 10 points and six points.

Women’s Basketball vs. Davenport: 88-51, L
The Saints lost 88-51 to eighth-ranked Davenport in a conference game. Jaaliyah Arrington had 20 points and April Watson added 12 points and eight rebounds.
