Student Government Working to Make Things More Inclusive

Although things may not be the same this school year, Siena Heights faculty, staff, and students are coping during the hard times.

Events around campus have been affected drastically, but the University is doing their best to keep their students engaged. They are holding many virtual event’s in hopes for a great attendance. According to Student Government President Alyssa Domasica, the University’s faculty and staff are pleased with the way students are responding to the campus rules and regulations enforced at this time.

“This year we are looking to improve student engagement and create a more diverse environment. We want to enhance some aspects of Siena making it even more inclusive!” Domasica said.

She also explained that holding and organizing virtual events have been one of their most difficulties involving COVID, as the virtual world has been a tough transformation for many.
